David's academic background is in Industrial Design Technology from Brunel University - a globally recognized institution for design engineering - underscoring his commitment to innovation and excellence.

CTO

Paul is ARC-H1VE's tech leader, driving innovation with his full-stack engineering expertise. With a strong foundation in DevOps and product engineering, he excels in architectural design, system maintenance, and software scalability, focusing on an efficient and sustainable innovation framework for the org.

Having worked in several startup companies including Carbon Black, VMWare, Logrocket, and Flipside Crypto, Paul has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. His experience in blockchain, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, combined with his passion for open-source software, positions him as a key asset to ARC-H1VE's technical team.

Paul is also a co-host of the PodRocket podcast, where he shares his insights on the latest trends in web development and software engineering.

With a distinguished career in the fields of law and finance, Jacques has held prominent positions, including Non-Executive Director at Intercede, where he has a strong background in delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for governments and multinational firms.
As the leader of Tredoux Capital Limited, Jacques has demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, further honed during his tenure as CEO of Credo Group (UK) Limited, a firm specializing in wealth management.

With a legal background that dates back to 1988, Jacques has practiced law at renowned firms such as Edward Nathan & Friedland Inc and Clifford Chance. His deep understanding of legal and financial matters makes him a valuable mentor to the founder of ARC-H1VE.

Advisor

Amanda, co-founder of WYE Media and a seasoned attorney, spearheads operations, legal, and strategy at WYE, building on her experience from founding a U.S. venture arm for a global family office where she led significant early-stage investments. Beyond WYE, she remains an influential board member, advisor to startups, and active angel investor.

With beginnings at top law firms and degrees from Indiana University and Fordham Law School, Amanda's legal and corporate expertise, combined with her venture investment acumen, positions her as a crucial asset to ARC-H1VE, guiding the legal and strategic directions to innovate in digital IP rights and monetization.

Amanda is also the host of The Hendy Show, a podcast that explores the intersection of law, business, and technology.

Yorgos is a New York-barred attorney and seasoned advisor specializing in transactional and startup law, particularly in early-stage company development. Educated at Case Western Reserve University in law and the University of Sussex in international relations, Yorgos's expertise spans global legal frameworks and strategic business transactions.

His career has seen him in roles such as Advisor, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Legal Officer, where he has been instrumental in spearheading fundraising, team assembly, and forging strategic partnerships. Notably, Yorgos played a key role in a startup that garnered backing from Fortune 100 giant Pernod Ricard in China.
